We have always had strict hygiene practices and cleanliness standards in our stores, and have doubled down on precautionary measure:

• We have retrained our team members on increased hygiene standards including more frequent hand washing, and the use of sanitiser and gloves where applicable.
• More frequent sanitation of surfaces and customer service areas, including but not limited to EFTPOS machines.
• Stores have available EFTPOS machines to avoid any cash handling where required.
• Our team members must stay home if showing any signs of illness.

Please be assured we will do our best to provide the service that we are known for. We are continually monitoring the advice from the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Office and reviewing our approach regularly.
